How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 4 to 12 business days.
Here are the estimated delivery times for major regions:
- United States: 4-10 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe (e.g., UK, Germany, France): 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-12 business days
- Hong Kong: 2-4 business days

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?
Please note that a shipping fee applies when purchasing an item individually. However, orders exceeding $100 qualify for free shipping.
What if I’m concerned about allergies or sensitivities?
Our earrings generally use silver posts, which are gentle for most people. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that no one will experience an allergic reaction. If you’re prone to metal allergies, please consider this before buying.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. Additionally, there is an extended warranty of up to 30 days. If you encounter any issues within that period, just contact us for assistance.
Can I get each item in its own box?
To reduce environmental impact, we don’t automatically provide one box per item. If you need separate boxes, please note that at checkout or contact customer service.
