Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it upon receiving your cancellation request. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer available, and you will need to return the item when it is delivered. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (excluding items marked as “final sale” or custom orders). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

In brand-new, unworn condition

In the original packaging, including any authenticity certificates or jewelry boxes

Unaltered, with all original components and tags attached
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete our return form here with the necessary information. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24 hours on business days.
Important: The return tracking number must be provided within 2 weeks from the date we confirm your return request. If no tracking information is provided within this period, your return will be considered abandoned, and we will not accept the return.
Return or Exchange Shipping Costs

For Personal Reasons: If you are returning or exchanging an item because you no longer want it or it doesn’t suit your taste, you will be responsible for paying the round-trip shipping fee.

For Product Issues: If the return or exchange is due to a defect, error on our part, or any other product issue, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Packaging Requirement: Please retain the original packaging for any returns. Items returned without the original packaging or authenticity documentation may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Eligible Returns or Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Items that have been worn, altered, or customized

Items that are missing their original packaging, tags, or authenticity certificates

Items that show signs of use, such as scratches, tarnish, or any indication of damage from wear

Items purchased during special sales or clearance events, unless due to a product defect

Any products returned because of sizing or fitting issues must be reviewed carefully before purchase, as all jewelry is sold as shown. We are not responsible for returns due to style or size preferences.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days (typically 3–5 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
