What is the shipping policy of Grace Studio
Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 4 to 12 business days.
Here are the estimated delivery times for major regions:
- United States: 4-10 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe (e.g., UK, Germany, France): 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-12 business days
- Hong Kong: 2-4 business days
- Rest of World (e.g., Brazil, Japan, Mexico): 6-12 business days
Please note that high peak seasons (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday), holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.
What about pre-ordered or back-ordered items?
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and dispatch the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. So if you ordered multiple items in a single order and receive only a portion of your items, please rest assured that the remaining items will be shipped to you shortly thereafter.
What if I received wrong or defective items?
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us at: support@gracestudio.shop within 7 days. We will promptly look into the issue and assist you with a resolution. We recommend that you check the appearance and all necessary aspects of the item upon receipt—even if you do not plan to install it—and contact us within 7 days if you encounter any problems. Unfortunately, if an issue is reported after this period, we may be unable to assist in replacing or reshipping missing accessories.
How to track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, simply visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.
What if I put a wrong address for my order?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We strive to speed up the processing and shipping time, which leaves a small window to correct any errors in the shipping address. If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@gracestudio.shop.
Return Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it upon receiving your request.
- If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available—you’ll need to return the item once it arrives.
Refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase, unless the item is marked as “final sale” or is a custom order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Brand-new and unworn
- In the original packaging (including authenticity certificates or jewelry boxes)
- Unaltered, with all original components and tags attached
To start a return or exchange, please fill out our return form. Our customer service team will review your request and reply within 48 business hours.
Do I need to provide tracking for my return?
Yes. Once your return request is confirmed, you must provide a return tracking number within 2 weeks.
- If no tracking information is provided, the return will be considered abandoned and will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
- For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, item doesn’t suit your taste): You are responsible for paying the round-trip shipping fee.
- For product issues (e.g., defect, incorrect item sent): We will cover the return shipping costs.
Important: Please retain the original packaging. Items returned without it (or without authenticity documentation) may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn, altered, or customized
- Items missing their original packaging, tags, or authenticity certificates
- Items showing signs of use (scratches, tarnish, or wear)
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective)
- Items returned for style or sizing preferences (please review carefully before purchase)
How does the refund process work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before a refund posts).
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).
