Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days. Please note that high peak seasons (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday), holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and dispatch the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. So if you ordered multiple items in a single order and receive only a portion of your items, please rest assured that the remaining items will be shipped to you shortly thereafter.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile phone number) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, simply visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us at: support@gracestudio.shop within 7 days. We will promptly look into the issue and assist you with a resolution. We recommend that you check the appearance and all necessary aspects of the item upon receipt—even if you do not plan to install it—and contact us within 7 days if you encounter any problems. Unfortunately, if an issue is reported after this period, we may be unable to assist in replacing or reshipping missing accessories.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We strive to speed up the processing and shipping time, which leaves a small window to correct any errors in the shipping address.
